La Fabril seeks through trainings to encourage the implementation of micro enterprises as well as to promote the well-being of employees and their families.

Close to 500 registered are the beneficiaries of these courses in craftsmanship that will have a duration of three months.

Manta, June 2018.- La Fabril successfully opened a new cycle of courses in bakery, beauty, barber shops, arts and crafts, and dress-making.

These training sessions, which are directed to wives and relatives of employees, are intended to encourage new ventures and to provide the necessary knowledge in order to enable them to perform their activities successfully so they may replicate this learning in their homes as well, and thus promote their well-being and improve their quality of life.

So far, close to 500 people are enrolled in these courses, which will be imparted in June, July, and August of this year at the facilities of the Montecristi Industrial Complex and at the classrooms in the Chapel of Maria de Los Angeles, located behind the Company grounds.

“Each one of the participants will receive, prior to the completion of the workshops, a course on micro entrepreneurship with the aim to promote the generation of micro-enterprises,” said the Head of Public Relations of La Fabril, Santiago Palacios.
